We offer free international shipping for orders over $150

Otherwise you will be charged $25.00 flat rate So this means if you are one of our beautiful customers from outside of our beautiful country this means you.

For Standard international delivery please allow up to 10 working days.

For express international delivery please allow up to 5 -10 working days.

Has your parcel been lost or damaged?

We are so sorry that this has happened to you and even though this is extremely rare this can happen. With this situation we require you to lodge an investigation via Australia Post and we will also do the same from our end. We will try and replace your item once the investigation is finished, but unfortunately if we cannot replace the item we will offer you a store credit, we do not offer refunds on lost or stolen items.
