ON-LINE RETURNS POLICY 


Needing to return and item you purchased online?

We are so sorry that this item didn’t meet your needs and we understand that occasionally you may not be 100% happy with what you have selected online; so we are offering a very easy way for you to return your items.


If you do wish to return an item/s you have 14 days from receiving your parcel to contact us via our email below.

 

We offer free domestic return shipping within 14 days of receiving your order if you are returning any Full Priced items for a online or in-store credit only.

If you have placed an order using any discount codes you will not be able to get a free return you will have to pay for postage at your own cost.

 

If you are wanting a Refund?

We offer refunds on full priced items only! Any items purchased during any sale or promotional deals will receive an on-line or in-store credit only.

If you are wanting a refund you will be required to cover your postage costs

Please make sure that the items are returned in the same way they were shipped to you please make sure 

your item is not worn, damaged, altered or washed.

 Outside of this you will be entitled to a store or on-line credit only. We do not accept returns outside of 30 days. Please ensure we receive your item back within 10 days of receiving your returns documentation.

Did you want to return an item that you purchased in our beautiful store?

We are more than happy to offer you a store credit or exchange on purchases in store. We do not offer any refunds in store unless the product is faulty so this includes change of minds. Any sale items we do not offer any exchanges or refunds.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange on items unless they are sale items, please email us within 14 days and we can hold the item you are exchanging in-store until we receive your item. You will need to include a self-addressed satchel at your own cost or will be charged standard shipping cost. Please make sure that your items are returned in the same way they were shipped to you.

 

If your item is Faulty?

We are so sorry that your item was not 100%. Please contact us via our email hello@stoneandriver.com.au and include some photos of the faults.
We will meet our obligations under the Australian consumer law which may include replacing, repairing or refunding once we receive the item back.

We are more than happy to send you a credit of free standard shipping of $9.95 for the faulty item so you can post it back to us.
